Genetically encoded Labels for EM
The Sigmund Group is a Project Group within the Institute for Synthetic Biomedicine @ Helmholtz Munich and with the Chair of Neurobiological Engineering (Prof. Gil Westmeyer) at the Technical University of Munich (TUM).
The groups efforts are focused on the developement of genetically encoded labels, integrators and recorders for high resolution imaging techniques focusing on various Electron Microscopy (EM) methods including correlative cryo-ET.
